Camera shy

October 10, 2011

I was having a hard time capturing the actual color of this yarn.  It either tuned out grey-ish or too yellow on the photos.  I tried out doors with good light but it didn’t make a difference, the true color would not show!

I really wanted to post about this beautiful yarn today, and what’s a post with out pictures?  So, in a hurry (getting ready to run out in  few: football and dance practice….busy busy) I took a few more pictures right in the diningroom.  Though they are not the greatest ever, they are closer to showing the true color of this beautiful han-dyed (by Kristin) Kambgarn.

She also sent me samples of other yarns she has dyed:

Such beautiful colors!  I cannot wait to knit with the yarn she sent……..already have an idea….
